Parking Warden

Do you enjoy being on the move and working independently? As a parking warden at OPARKO you’re our face in the field, making sure parking rules are respected across our customers’ sites. You travel between locations, check parking, and issue control fees, always with good service and a professional approach.

We expect that you

• Hold a driving licence (category B) and are reliable and responsible
• Are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Have a service-minded approach and stay calm when meeting frustrated drivers
• Work in a structured, independent way without constant supervision
• Are comfortable with a smartphone and apps. You’ll use our app to log inspections
• Speak and understand Danish; English is a plus

About the role

OPARKO is an innovative parking company that enforces parking for residents’ associations, businesses, hotels, municipalities and many more. As a parking warden you join our field team, making sure parking works every day for both our customers and the rightful parkers. We provide thorough training, a uniform, and all the equipment you need.

Your primary tasks

• Patrolling and checking parking at assigned locations
• Issuing control fees in line with the applicable rules and terms
• Documenting violations with photos via our app
• Providing good service and guiding drivers on site
• Reporting faults, damage, or irregularities at the sites
