Can you work with our existing chargers, barriers and cameras?
In most cases, yes. Our chargers use the open OCPP standard and our access control speaks common open protocols, so we can integrate and service most existing hardware. We confirm compatibility during the site survey before you commit.
Do you install nationwide?
Yes. Our technicians survey, install and service sites across the country. We handle supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance as one package. You deal with a single team.
Can we buy the hardware, or only lease it?
Both. You can buy hardware outright and own it from day one, lease it as a fixed monthly fee that bundles installation and service, or have us integrate hardware you already own. We tailor the model to your budget.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on scope, but most sites go from survey to live within a few weeks. Single-component jobs, a charger or a barrier, are often completed in a day once the hardware is on site.
What happens if something breaks?
Our service agreements cover callouts, repairs, firmware updates and line-marking refreshes. Because everything reports into OPARKO, we often spot and resolve faults remotely before they affect drivers.
Will the hardware lock me into your platform?
No. Everything is vendor-neutral and built on open standards, chargers on OCPP and access control on common open protocols, so you can mix brands, swap components, and keep full ownership of your data. Nothing about the hardware ties you in.
Do you handle signage and bay line-marking as well?
Yes. Alongside chargers, barriers and cameras we supply and install parking signage and repaint bay lines, so the whole physical site is delivered by one team instead of several separate contractors.
Can you add EV charging to a site that has none today?
Yes. We assess your site power capacity, recommend the right charge points, and install and commission them on the open OCPP standard, so you can set pricing and manage every session straight from OPARKO.
