The OPARKO app, explained
The OPARKO app is where operators and wardens run parking day to day — issuing fees, managing permits and checking subscriptions, all from a phone. Here is what it does and how to use it.
Using the app
Issue a fee in seconds
The app is built for wardens on their feet. Pick the site, capture the plate — by hand or with the Live Scanner — and the app checks for a valid permit before you charge. If there is none, document the case and issue the fee on the spot.
- 1
Pick the parking lot
Choose the site you’re checking so the app applies its permits and rules.
- 2
Capture the plate
Type the vehicle registration by hand, or use the Live Scanner to read it straight off the plate.
- 3
Let the app check for a permit
It looks for a valid permit for that vehicle. If none is found, you can start an observation first, or go straight to a fee by QR code or serial number.
- 4
Document and issue
Choose the offence type, add a description and attach up to four photos, then issue the fee.
