Do I need to download an app?
No. OPARKO works entirely through your mobile browser. Just scan the QR code and pay.
What if there's no QR code at my bay?
Look for a QR code on nearby signs or at the facility entrance. Some facilities use SMS payment. The number will be posted on signs.
How do I get a receipt?
A receipt is sent automatically to the email you enter during payment. You can also request one via hello@oparko.com.
What if I get a parking notice I think is wrong?
Contact the facility operator directly. Their details are on the notice. If you need further help, email hello@oparko.com.
I paid but still got a parking fee, why?
The most common cause is a mistyped registration number. Check the plate on your receipt against the one on the notice. If they differ, appeal with your receipt attached and we will correct it.
How long do I have to pay or appeal?
The deadline is printed on your notice. Appealing does not pause the payment deadline, so if you are unsure it is safest to pay and request a refund should your appeal succeed.
Can I get a permit as a resident or employee?
Yes, where the site offers permits. Your housing association, employer or the site operator issues them. Ask them, or email hello@oparko.com and we will point you to the right place.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card (Visa and Mastercard) and MobilePay on most sites. The options shown on the payment screen are the ones your particular site accepts.
